All rates are net / non-commissionable and are subject to state and local taxes currently assessed at 12%.A $10.00 per night charge will be added to rate for each additional occupant. Guestrooms have a maximum capacity of five guests. Roll-a-way beds are available for $15.00 per bed, per night. Reservations requested. Roll-a-way beds may not be placed in standard guestrooms with two double beds. Concierge Service is available Sunday night through Friday morning only. If reservation falls on Friday or Saturday night, rate will revert back to non-concierge floor for room type reserved.

ROOM RESERVATION PROCEDURE

VIA PHONE: It is our understanding that the room reservations will be made by your attendees on an individual basis.  Individuals should contact the Hotel at (813) 623-6363 or (800)2CROWNE. The Hotel will honor reservations received by October 13, 2010. Reservations received after this date are subject to space availability and at prevailing room rates.  Please note that any attendee not identifying his or her affiliation with ShadoCon at the time the reservation is made will not be extended the convention rate. 

RESERVATION GUARANTEE

All room reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival and secured with a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax or with a major credit card.  Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 6:00 p.m. on day of arrival, or occupy the room will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax applied to the credit card or forfeiture of the deposit.

RESERVATION BILLING INSTRUCTIONS

Individuals shall be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges.  Payment will be accepted in the form of a major credit card, cash or check.

CUT OFF DATE

The room block will be held until October 13, 2010 at which time all rooms not reserved will be released for general sale.  Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

The Hotel’s check in time is after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and check out is by 12:00 Noon Eastern Time.  Guests arriving prior to 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.  The front desk can arrange to check baggage for those guests arriving early when rooms are not available.
