• What is ShadoCon?

ShadoCon is an Anime, Video Game, and Comics convention.

• What time does it start and end?

Friday at 10 AM to Sunday at Midnight

• How can I volunteer for ShadoCon?

• Is there internet in the convention area?

As a matter of fact yes. Also we worked it out so that the hotel gives it to everyone for free.

• What does ShadoCon have in terms of parking?

We have a huge spacious lot in front of the Hotel and it's free.

REGISTRATION

• What is your refund policy?

Pre-registration membership fees can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, unless it falls within 60 days of the first convention day.

After that point and for memberships purchased at the convention, refunds are not available. However, memberships are transferable at any time prior to picking up your badge at the convention. If you would like a refund or would like to transfer your membership, please email registration@shadocon.com .

• When will I receive my badge?

We do not send out the badges through the mail. You will have pick up your badge at the convention.

• When can I pick up my badge?

You can pick it up as early as Thursday at 6pm.

• What are the Registration Hours?

• What do I have to show to pick up my badge?

Print out your online reciept and bring some form of ID.

MISC

• Why do conventions want me to stay at the hotel?

Well for starters you won't have to drive home each night? Also, the more room nights the convention books the better deal the hotel gives us, this helps us save money on hotel expenses so that we can put it towards other things such as cool guests and more fun stuff to do at the con.

• What are ShadoCon's policies and Procedures?

• Can I bring my camera or camcorder?

Yes. Just be courteous with the other Con goers. If they don't wish to be video taped or refuse to have a picture taken. Let them be.
