This is a combination costume and cosplay skit contest. You can choose to do one, the other, or both. Be sure to come and show us what you've got!
Please make sure to read all of the rules carefully.

Rules:
-
Signups are first come, first served. There will be a limit of 75 entries, of which 30 entries can be skit performances (2-minute maximum for time).
-
Costumes can be from Anime, Video Games, Comic Book, Fantasy, or Sci-Fi. No original costumes are allowed.
-
Reference material MUST BE presented at pre-judging for any entrant being judged on costume. Can be on any physical media as you will get it back immediately (cannot be a disk, judges must be able to see it instantly), but it must be in color.
-
You have the choice on whether you want to be judged on costume, skit, or both. Please note that if you decide to be judged on both, you cannot win an award in both categories. Example: If you win “Best Technical” for the Costume portion, you cannot win “Best Drama” for Cosplay. Skits will always be judged.
-
Entrants under 12 years of age will be judged as juniors. If they are part of a group that includes at least one person over the age of 12, they will be ineligible for the “Best Junior” award and will be judged with the rest of the contestants.
-
All entries (both skits and costumes) MUST be PG-13. If your skit crosses that line, you will be ineligible for any award.
-
Groups cannot exceed 15 members. No exceptions.
-
Costumes MUST be at least 90% hand-made to qualify for costume judging (Example: you bought your dress shirt but made your entire suit). Group costumes must be at least 90% made by at least one one the group members.
-
Props must have in-progress photos (featuring YOU WITH the prop) to be judged.
-
Any music must be submitted in Audio CD Format and be the only track on the CD. MP3s and disks with more than one track will NOT be accepted. No audio cues will be accepted, so please have the track timed and set up accordingly. You will be responsible for holding on to your CD until it's your turn to perform. We will give it to the tech then.
-
Models MAY be used for Costume Entries, but the entry MUST BE UNDER YOUR NAME, not the model’s. You also MUST be present for prejudging and sign up, as well as be the one to accept any awards you may receive.
-
You must participate in the stage presentation to be eligible for awards. You also must be on time to lineups.
-
One entry per person! This includes props!
-
No 4chan memes. No games lost, no power levels, etc.
